Mission 12

I shot this mural for an extra credit assignment in my Portraiture class. I took this image under Lightroom to lighten it up and then I took it into Photoshop to give it its extra umph. Not only do I love this picture but everyone who has seen it, loves it as well. yay me!!!!

Mission 11

This image was shot for my Portraiture class and the assignment was called Lighting for the Body. I feel that this image is a good example of body muscles shaped by light. I might continue using this style of photography for my later works.

Mission 9

The first image is a Composite shot for my Studio class. I shot the people in the studio with a 4X5 camera and the background was shot somewhere outside the studio with a Canon Rebel Xti. I then put both pictures together to make this one. I titled this, "Immortality."

The second image was shot at a cathedral for my Portraiture class. The assignment was to utilize light without using an un-natural source of light.

Mission 8

This image was taken in my Portraiture Class for our Couples assignment. I seemed to have captured the moment and essence of these two individuals in this picture. This means that I have mastered the ability of taking an awesome picture. yay me. lol.

Mission 7

I took these images in my Studio class for our Light Painting assignment. Neither of these two images were photoshoped and that is what makes me smile when I see these. I feel like these images are a giant step into photography and its another step into amazingness. I feel accomplished!

Mission 6

This image was shot in Montrose at the Black Canyon. If you have never been to Montrose, Colorado, then I encourage you to take a visit there and see the beautiful sites.

Mission 5

This is yet another photograph I took while down in Montrose for my Special Topics class. I took over 1,500 images while down there and I didn't get to look at what I had taken until I had to download them to my hard drive. I title this one, "Living The Dream."
