Mission 67

I had a friend who wanted to do her second Boudoir shoot and she asked me to do it. I gladly accepted and then searched my photography library I own and pulled out "The Art of Boudoir Photography" by Christa Meola. Its a great book to own and study up on if you ever decide to shoot boudoir. Anyways, I ended up photographing my friend Laura at my other friends bed room. These are some of the awesome results. Thank you Laura for being an awesome model and thank you Jessica for being my assistant for the day.

Mission 66

Today I was called up by Anna McCabe to do a photoshoot for one of her class assignments at the Art Institute of Colorado. We drove out to Historian Rockland Church in Golden, Colorado. Apparently this church was built on January 18th, 1879. A man by the name of Steve Engle, who is the grounds keeper for the place, showed us the inside of the church and told us some amazing stories of some of the people buried there. If you ever go there, ask him about Jacob Blum. His story is very interesting. Anyways, we did the shoot using 3 different outfits and I had Anna McCabe and Jessica Gourley be my assistants. Here are the some of my favorite shots out of the set.

Mission 65

Today I did a photoshoot of my brother so that he could have some professional head shots done of himself. In the precess, we ended up making goofy faces and I also jumped in and got some shots of me. Here are the ones Dalin and I chose.

Mission 63

Greek Goddess

So I found this location near Elitches theme park and I decided I would like to use Kyra Fellows for this spot because she is super beautiful and is a lot of fun to work with. I would also like to ask that you go check out her Poems that she makes at Kyra Fellows Awesome Poems . I wanted to get a greek/ hippy kinda look with the images and I feel I succeeded. All I used was my Canon 60D, a 5-in-1 reflector, and a Speedlite 580EX II flash. I hope you like the images.

Mission 62

Devil May Cry!

I decided to take one of my images and turn it into a comic picture. I found an image of a london alleyway online and combined it with one of my images. I used tutorials online in how to make it look like it is raining and applied it to mine. I then added a couple of filters from photoshop. Added some text and here is the result.

Mission 61

So I took a trip to Golden, Colorado and its mountains. Once I was there I decided to hike up the mountain with all my gear. At the top I set up my camera on a self timer and started photographing myself as Dante from the Devil May Cry videogames. And since I was by myself I decided to go a little Cosplay Deviants style. Well here is what came out of it.

Mission 59

I decided to do a photoshoot at a location I've shot at before since the trees are in bloom again but this time I had a different model. Her name is Kyra Fellows and she is an amazingly smart and beautiful woman. I captured one image that totally depicts her personality perfectly. If you are interested in using her as a model, let me know and i'll see if she'ed be willing.

Mission 58

I ended up going back through my photos and I don't know why I never used these photos. I did some more editing on them and I feel like these are even more beautiful then before. I also know that one of these images is in Mission 29, but this time Ive done more work to it. Again, I would really like to thank Molly for her time and patience.

Mission 57

I took a day out on the town when it was slightly getting done with the cold weather, but it was still cold out and it was also windy. And still, none the less, we went out and tried our best. Thank you to my model for sticking through it all with me.
